Nitro #208 – April, Week #4 Empty Nitro #208 – April, Week #4

The Shield starts the show off in the ring. Seth Rollins: “For the first time in a long while, The Shield stands united on one show. Last week was but just a taste of what we have plan for anyone who gets in the way.” Dean Ambrose: “If you want a fight, we will fight. If you want a brawl, we will brawl. If you want to stand in our way, we will execute you in the name of justice and move on.” Roman Reigns: “This is our yard now. If you don’t like that then either step up or step out. Either way, there’s a new sheriff on Nitro.” Suddenly, the B-Team appears on the stage. Curtis Axel: “You don’t get to come out here and demand how anyone acts on this show. If you tough guys think you are man enough, then meet us in the ring later tonight and prove it.”

Xia Brookside vs. Jazz
Jazz is making her Nitro debut and taking it to Xia like we haven’t seen in a long, long time. Xia is being rag dolled around the ring and is completely powerless to defend herself. Xia is whipped hard into the corner when Jazz connects with a vicious clothesline that floors Xia. Jazz doesn’t let up and grabs Xia by the hair, hauls her to her feet and hits a Fisherman Buster then goes for the cover, 1…2…3.
Winner: Jazz

Jojo is in the back with Johnny Gargano. Jojo: “Johnny, tonight you face someone you are pretty familiar with. What is the game plan for your match tonight?” Gargano: “Tonight, the plan is to take it to Velveteen Dream and don’t let up. He can only endure so much and when he’s finally unable to defend himself, I’ll end his misery and the match.”

Johnny Gargano vs. The Velveteen Dream
This might be a match of the year candidate as both men are into the 30 minute mark and both are showing the wear and tear of this brutal match. Dream is on the outside regaining some strength when Gargano jumps over the top rope and lands on Dream. Both men are down as the ref starts the 10 count. At 8, both men are up and slide into the ring where Gargano begins landing lefts and rights that stagger Dream. Gargano hits the ropes and on the rebound eats a dropkick. Both men are down once again with Dream slowly getting to his feet. Dream goes on the offensive and from seemingly nowhere, hits a Brainbuster then climbs to the top rope. Dream stands on the top for a few seconds then hits The Purple Rainmaker and goes for the cover, 1…2…3.
Winner: The Velveteen Dream

Renee Young is in the back with The Shield. Renee: “Guys, the B-Team has called you out. Have you given any thoughts to entertaining their challenge?” Rollins: “We aren’t bad guys Renee so tonight, we are going to meet the B-Team in the ring and bring justice to a team that shouldn’t even be in the CWA.”

The B-Team (Curtis Axel & Bo Dallas) vs. The Shield (Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose)
Dallas has been completely neutralize from his corner and has been on the receiving end of a Shield beating for about 15 minutes now. Ambrose just won’t let Dallas make a tag and intervenes at the very last moment every time. Dallas begins building some momentum that is ended very quickly when Rollins runs in and attacks Dallas from behind. This prompts Axel to enter the ring and suddenly we have a huge brawl happening. The ref is unable to contain the brawl and all 4 men continue beating on each other. Axel and Rollins take their fight to the outside when Reigns gets involved. When the ref isn’t looking, Reigns spears Axel. Dallas sees this and makes his way to the outside but is grabbed near the ropes and The Dirty Deeds is hit. Ambrose goes for a cover, 1…2…3.
Winners: The Shield

After the match, The Shield begins to beat on Bo Dallas when Big E appears from backstage and runs to the ring. Big E hits a double clothesline on Ambrose and Rollins then stands face-to-face with Reigns. The two men start trash talking each other then Reigns throws a right that is blocked. Big E grabs Reigns and hits The Big Ending and is the sole wrestler standing in the ring. The crowd is going crazy as they chant for Big E and the cameras fade out.
