PPV #31, Money in the Bank #3 2017

Anarchy (c) vs. Becky Lynch (Women's Title Match)
The bell rings and Anarchy and Lynch charge each other. Anarchy ducks under Lynch and gets the go behind. Anarchy quickly plants Lynch with a German Suplex. Anarchy continues the attack and hits a bunch of stomps. Lynch manages to roll out of the ring to break away from Anarchy. Anarchy goes to the outside but Lynch is ready. Lynch grabs Anarchy's leg and pulls it out from under her, causing Anarchy to smash her face on the apron. Lynch picks Anarchy up and slams her back into the apron. Anarchy grabs her back and falls to the ground. Lynch climbs on Anarchy and locks in The Dis-Arm-Her. Anarchy is screaming. The ref gets to an 8 count and Lynch rolls Anarchy back into the ring. Lynch goes to lock in The Dis-Arm-Her again but Anarchy reverses it into a roll up, 1…2… but Lynch kicks out at an easy 2 count. Anarchy and Lynch both get to their feet and stare each other down. Both women start throwing punches at the same time. Both women are visibly tiring. Lynch whips Anarchy into the ropes. Anarchy ducks under the clothesline and hits a jumping shoulder block taking Lynch off her feet. Anarchy locks in The Scorpion Deathlock. Lynch manages to make her way to the ropes causing the ref to break the hold. Anarchy picks Lynch up. Lynch hits a headbutt causing Anarchy to stumble back. Lynch hits a spear on Anarchy sending her to the mat. Lynch picks Anarchy up and hits The Bec-Plex. Both women are lying on the ground. Lynch somehow gets to her feet first and reaches down to grab Anarchy but Anarchy grabs the roll up with a handful of tights, 1…2…3.
Winner and STILL Women's Champion: Anarchy

After the match, Becky is yelling at the ref and miming that Anarchy grabbed her tights.

The Young Bucks (Nick & Matt Jackson) & The Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Roa) vs. Rey Fenix, Pentagon Jr, Texano Jr & Dr. Wagner Jr (Elimination Match)
As soon as the bell rings, all Hell breaks loose. Everybody pairs off and all 8 men end up all over the arena. After 20 minutes, the eliminations start.
Tama Tonga is eliminated after a Package Piledriver from Pentagon Jr.
Tanga Roa is eliminated after a Sitout Powerbomb from Texano Jr.
Dr Wagner Jr is eliminated after More Bang for Your Buck from The Young Bucks.
Rey Fenix is eliminated after a Double Superkick from The Young Bucks.
Texano Jr is eliminated after The Indytaker from The Young Bucks.
With the match 2-on-1 as The Young Bucks have Pentagon in their sights, The Young Bucks hit The Meltzer Driver on Pentagon Jr for the final elimination.
Winners: The Young Bucks

Kofi Kingston (c) vs. The Miz (United States Title Match)
Miz and Kingston stand in the ring sizing each other up. The Miz looks around him as if to see someone in his corner but the outside is empty. Kingston takes this opportunity and charges, landing a flying forearm strike that floors The Miz. The crowd erupts as The Miz is back first on the mat holding his jaw. 15 minutes go by with both wrestlers exchanging vicious blows that have each wrestler holding their war wounds after each exchange. Kingston takes the advantage after landing a diving crossbody block. Miz is quick to his feet and is sent back to the mat with a dropkick. Miz is slower to his feet this time and once there, he eats Trouble in Paradise. Kingston goes for the cover but the ref is distracted by a hooded man attempting to get into the ring. At this point, a second hooded man appears from the crowd, slides into the ring with a chair and hits Kingston ring between the eyes. Kingston is out on the mat. Miz is out on the mat and the hooded male is standing above them both. Suddenly the hooded man grabs The Miz and puts him on top of Kingston. The other man drops off the ring causing the ref to turn around to see a cover. The ref slides over and starts the count, 1…2…3.
Winner and NEW United States Champion: The Miz

The Miz is announced the winner but is clearly out of it as he is handed the US Title. The two hooded figures appear beside The Miz and slowly take their hoods off. It’s Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas! The two men shake The Miz’s hand and hold his arms up.

Before the Cruiserweight title match between Cody Rhodes and Finn Balor, Edge comes out on the stage. Edge: “Tonight, we were supposed to have a Cruiserweight Title Match but because of the actions of Cody Rhodes last week, Finn Balor has not been medically cleared to wrestle tonight. But, I have been reassured that tomorrow night on Raw, Balor will be cleared. So, tomorrow night, Finn Balor will defend his Cruiserweight Title against Cody Rhodes, but I’m not taking any chances tomorrow. Kenny Omega will be banned from the arena and given the night off. If he does end up showing up, he will be fired and fined.”

Chuck Taylor vs. Kelly Khaos vs. Vanessa Kraven vs. Eddie Kingston vs. James Storm vs. Adam Cole (Money in the Bank Ladder Match)
When the bell rings, everybody immediately slides out of the ring and grabs a ladder. After 10 minutes of everybody landing ladder shots and moves, Cole tries to climb the ladder. Taylor follows him up and hits The Awful Waffle from the ladder. Taylor gets up and turns around into The Backfist to the future from Eddie Kingston. Kingston walks over to grab a ladder and is met with a Superkick from James Storm. Storm tries to get a ladder of his own but gets a Michinoku Driver from Kelly Khaos. Kelly sets up the ladder. Kelly Khaos and Vanessa Kraven have both ascended the ladder and are trading blows at the top. Kraven rocks Khaos and then reaches high for the briefcase. Kelly punches Kraven in the groin then puts Kraven on her shoulders and hits The Butterfly Effect (Fireman’s Carry Double Knee Gutbuster) from the top of the ladder. Kelly gets up first and climbs the ladder. Kelly reaches up and grabs the briefcase.

Mass Genocide (Sadistic & Psychotic) (c) vs. Devastation Corporation (Blaster McMassive & Max Smashmaster) (Tag Team Title Match)
Another team has challenged Mass Genocide and another team has fallen victim to this deadly team. Smashmaster is in the ring with Psychotic and is being completely dominated in a neutral corner. Psychotic starts landing rights and lefts then knees to the midsection causing the ref to intervene and break it up. Psychotic backs out then charges in again with a massive clothesline then whips Smashmaster in Mass Genocide’s corner where a tag is made. Sadistic enters the ring and proceeds to repeat what Psychotic did a moment ago. Smashmaster collapses to the mat. Sadistic stands above looking at McMassive. Something is said that causes McMassive to enter the ring but he is greeted with a running knee. Mass Genocide look to Dibiase who extends one hand then gives the thumbs down. The two men grab the downed McMassive and hit The Final Solution. They then look at Smashmaster and then to Dibiase who gives him the thumbs down again. Smashmaster is hauled to his feet and given The Final Solution as well then pinned by Sadistic with a forearm to the face, 1…2…3.
Winners and STILL Tag Team Champions: Mass Genocide

Oyster vs. Mike Bennett (Clockwork Orange House of Fun Match)
Both men are standing face-to-face in the ring. Oyster makes the first move and shoves Bennett back. Oyster turns around and grabs a Kendo stick from the ring and starts beating Bennett with it. Oyster breaks the Kendo stick over Bennett’s back. Oyster goes to the ropes and pulls down a street sign. As Oyster turns around, Bennett connects with a dropkick sending the street sign into Oyster’s face which busts him open instantly and also sends Oyster into a barbed wire bat hanging from the ring. Oyster grabs at his back trying to free himself as Bennett brings a chair down on Oyster’s head, dropping Oyster to the ground. Bennett picks up the barbed wire baseball bat and brings it down on Oyster’s back. Oyster’s back is covered in blood but he somehow manages to get to his feet. Bennett goes to throw a punch but Oyster ducks under it and connects with a Michinoku Driver onto the barbed wire bat. Bennett grabs his back and rolls around on the mat. Oyster sets up and waits for Bennett to get to his feet. Oyster goes in for The Oyster Cutter but Bennett pushes Oyster off. Bennett grabs down a chair from the ring and sets it up. Bennett picks up Oyster and sets up for a Piledriver. Oyster reverses it and hits a back drop sending Bennett through the open chair. Oyster picks Bennett up but before he can do anything the rest of The Kingdom rush down to the ring and jump Oyster. Oyster puts up a fight but it doesn’t take long for the four men to beat him down. Bennett orders the three men to drag Oyster outside of the ring. Bennett clears off the announce table and pours thumbtacks all over it. Bennett sets Oyster up and all four men hit a Powerbomb sending Oyster through the announce table and thumbtacks. Bennett rolls Oyster in the ring and goes for the cover, 1…2…3.

John Greatrix & Randy Orton vs. Anti-Hope (Mark Snider & Justin Langley w/Darren Wadforth)
Greatrix and Langley start the match. Langley tries a few running shoulder blocks but he can’t move Greatrix. On the third try, Greatrix counters with a big boot the sends Langley to the ground. Greatrix grabs Langley in an Anaconda Choke to wear him down. After 10 minutes, Langley has landed a low blow and gotten the advantage. Langley tags in Snider. Snider hits a Running Powerslam and goes for a pin but Greatrix kicks out at 2. Snider picks up Greatrix and hits a Pumphandle Powerslam and tries for another pin but Greatrix is out at 2 again. After 10 more minutes, Greatrix ducks under a clothesline from Snider and hits Langley with a jumping knee that sends him off the apron. Greatrix is resting in the corner. Snider rushes in but Greatrix gets both knees up. Snider staggers back and Greatrix hits a Running Canadian Destroyer. As the ref starts his 10 count, both men start crawling to their corners. Snider has nobody to tag as Langley is still on the floor. Greatrix makes the tag to Orton. Orton hits Snider with a few punches then a standing dropkick. Orton tries to hit a quick RKO on Snider. Snider catches him then throws him onto Greatrix who catches Orton in a Powerbomb position. After a few seconds, Greatrix hits a Sitout Powerbomb on Orton. The crowd is stunned at what just happened. Greatrix waits for Orton to stand up then hits a huge Lariat. Snider lays on Orton for the pin, 1…2…3.
Winners: Anti-Hope

After the match, Justin Langley puts his hand out to shake Greatrix’s hand but Greatrix kicks him in the gut and hits a Cradle Piledriver. Greatrix rolls out of the ring as the camera pans to Mark Snider who is smiling at what just happened.

AJ Styles (c) vs Shinsuke Nakamura (World Title Match)
Here we have it folks. It’s history in the making with AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura locking up. The first few moments consist of collar and elbow tie ups, reversal after reversal and stand offs causing the crowd to erupt. The momentum swings in Styles’ favour when he ducks a dropkick then lands a flurry of kicks, punches and backfists sending Nakamura crashing to the ground. Styles goes on the offense and hits a springboard dropkick that sends Nakamura out of the ring. Nakamura is on the outside looking to catch his breath when Styles jumps over the top rope and lands on Nakamura. The crowd starts chanting both their names as the ref starts the 10 count. At the count of 8, Styles is in the ring followed by Nakamura. With both men on their feet, they begin landing forearm blows to one another. Nakamura wins the engagement, hits the ropes and on the rebound connects with a single leg dropkick. Nakamura is pumped and circles Styles waiting for him to get up. Styles is on one knee when Nakamura charges in for The Kinshasa where Styles catches the leg, stands up, sweeps Nakamura’s other leg causing him to fall on his back. Styles grabs both Nakamura’s legs, hauls him up into The Styles Clash and hits it in the middle of the ring, 1…2…3.
Winner and STILL World Champion: AJ Styles

After the match, Styles celebrates in the ring. When Nakamura is to his feet, the two men stand face-to-face when Styles extends a hand and the two men shake hands with the crowd showing their appreciation.
